Location: London & South East (Home-based). Applicants must live in Central London. Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Commission

About Grad
Grad is an innovative decking and cladding system transforming how outdoor and architectural surfaces are installed. Our patented system enables faster installation, easy board removal and long-term durability.
Grad works with materials including timber, composite, aluminium, bamboo and ceramic, allowing use across decking, cladding, privacy screens, decorative ceilings and interiors. Grad is established in France, Germany and the United States and is part of the Burger & Cie Group.
The UK business has been operating for three years and is growing rapidly, driving the expansion of our sales team. The Role You will help grow the Grad brand in the UK by developing relationships with architects, landscapers, developers and distribution partners, generating specification and converting projects through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sales across architects, landscapers, developers and distributors

Generate new business and manage a strong CRM pipeline

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations

Prepare quotations using Grad CAD configuration software

Support customers onsite with technical queries

Monitor market opportunities and competitor activity

Desirable
-
Previous sales experience in construction, landscaping, timber or building products

Experience working with architects, contractors or installers

Familiarity with CAD software or willingness to learn

Experience using CRM systems (ideally Zoho, but not essential)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, folder management)

Interest in using AI tools to support sales (e.g. ChatGPT, automation tools)​
